I realized something else. I take some of that florencent tape when I am in unfamiliar areas. Just so I can find my car later in the day. I also carry batteries for my flashlight. I told you my vest looks like I am moving. I also carry electrical tape (hell I do not know why) I guess I think I am going to fix something somewhere.

all i carry with me is my gun, 4 shells in the gun, my knife on my belt, cell phone (which is out of service half the time) and my bino's in a case. my bino case holds another 5 or 10 rifle shells and a koozie. beer already in the blind.

in reality i could get by with just the loaded gun and the koozie

I have no problem with the speedo...It's the mud that turns me away....

I carry a backpack.

I carry plenty of food (granola, crackers, fruit, jerky), some chew, gum, water, a soda or two.

TP (unscented baby wipes are the best), at least 2 knives, 40' of 5.5mm rope, lighter, a headlamp, a flashlight, binoculars, aspirin, immodium, antacid.

I also carry a pair of warm gloves, some surgical gloves, a sock cap (took, beanie, whatever you call it), my camera, and a paperback book.

I should carry a blanket and pillow; I'm the worlds worst about falling asleep in the stand. I like to walk hunt when I can, but many of the places I hunt, it's just impossible to walk (too much heavy brush)

Why would you want to pee in a water bottle? We just pee next to the deer blind. laugh

Everything else stays at the vehicle.
