Hey guys I just posted this same message on another forum but noticed the same problem here. I'm not a lease peddler or anything but I do get a ton of info on leases opening up and if you guys will pm me what you are looking for, where at, how much you wanna spend, and how many is in your group, I will let you know if something that fits comes across me.

I am looking for a lease in Baylor or Archer counties. We are looking for a place that will hunt four people. We would like the price to be some where around $1,000 a gun.

This is like my second day on this site. I'm on a 460 acre lease in throckmortan tx but I'm looking for something in the 1000 acre range I have some friends along with the guys on the lease. We only use archery and we are all good guys respect other people property. If u have anything I would love to hear about it

I'd like a lease for a group of 5 to 6 hunters that also has ducks as well as deer. We'd be willing to pay $6000 or so total for the lease. I also would like a smaller lease for me and a friend. We would pay up to $3000 total for the right lease. Thanks for your help!!!

Im definitely for real and you havent been had lol. Not sure how you could be "had" with somebody trying to help you out.
Whitetail I couldve sworn I sent you one back but I could have very easily missed it. The 3600 in Baylor is still up but the 960 has been leased.
I've received a ton of phone calls and emails and if I didn't respond to somebody, I truly apologize. A lot of the people that usually send me properties either a)kept the same group from last year or b)a lot of the landowners have decided to try and just sell hunts off of their place this year.
I still have everybody's info in my notebook and check it daily with leases that are sent my way. I promise if I have one that fits your description, I will send it to you.

thanks a bunch in advance SKY.
i am looking for something in the middle area. more than 200 up to 700. within two hours of san antonio in any direction.i can fill it up with responsible hunters that are either related to me or fellow high school coaches. limit is probably about $1500 per gun. with guests allowed preferably. i will not be shooting much, if at all. nowadays i get my enjoyment from watching my sons. i loved it last summmer watching them hook onto big reds and trout.
alcohol is non-existant in my life, so rowdy days and nights are not happening. very little if any drinking going on.
