I think that everyone on here should be a member. How many of us are? If you are not, why? Just curious.

Benefits? Not too much. It's more of supporting the "Right to bear arms" To me, it's very important!

To keep guns from being illegal is the benifits ! up

I had a Glock 36 stolen out of my pickup years ago and they covered the cost of a new one. I think thats a one time thing though and not to exceed $800 or so.

I'm not a member but I'll probably join before to long. One benifit is some private ranges require you to be a member before you can join and use their gun range.

Longtime member here. NRA is one of the few voices we have as sportsmen to help prolong our passion of hunting, shooting, and owning guns.

6os Then they overloaded mail box on donate. 66 Mustang still has back sticker an still hmmm> semi/pro nra. Little overboard a few times. But whats mine is mine and the cold fingers do apply. First go around where you had to sign for ammo, then next register all souverirs @ previously legal pieces or get jailed then paperwork/waiting periods/ background bs .By this time(50years ago) after start of dearm/regulate/reduce freedoms? program, Figured it would be air soft an rubber sticks nowdays only. So they have been doing something with all the young less than pro arms voters and legislature the US has now.
Also after recalling that time it was the end of kennedys an their bs,And rumor had it that govt was wanting to remove the nra voice as radicals an same rumor mention being on membership list as owner of arms,Was great way to be checked an de- armed. Back then anything was possable.

My membership expired a month ago. I am going to rejoin now and this time put the telephone number for my fax machine on the application. That way I won't be answering weekly solicitation calls for more money.

I think we all should be members just for their efforts at protecting our Second Amendment rights.

I have been a member for many years and will continue to be until I die. I think everyone that owns a gun should join. I know they ask for donations a lot, but it is the only voice we have to keep our guns from being banned!!!! (You don't have to donate if you don't want to).

im not a member either. i have thought about it but from the people ive talked to that are members say they get tired of all the solictation phone calls and mail. they say the NRA is almost like bill collectors with all the calls and mail. you give them money for a membership and they still want you to give more.

I don't want to pay to have someone bug the hell out of me. I'll do my best to ensure my second amendment rights with my vote.
