Hey guys if you didn't hear back from me it doesn't mean that I forgot about you. Everybody's info is in a folder and I match the info with places I come across. If you haven't heard from me, I haven't found what you are looking for yet. Just don't want anybody to think I forgot them or something.

I"ve been real leary about gettin what I call a "Land Jockey" to look for leases for people had a real bad experience with one down in Kimble Co. They always add a price on top of what the rancher is askin for. Just sayin from experience do ur homework...

You're more than welcome to do all the homework you'd like on me buddy. I'm not a land jockey and haven't added extra pricing to anything. I appreciate you looking out for people though, you're correct about there being a lot of scum bags out there now.
