This has been my best season ever. I usually get out about 12 times in a season and get close to 40 birds, but with today's hunt it put me at 71 birds with over a 4 birds average per hunt!!!

Overall, how has this season stacked up for you guys?

its been a great season, hunted a lot of public which was a first, and a fun learning experience. not sure how many birds I shot, did some quick math and last week alone and I have seen 49 birds fall dead into the decoys. I have been on right at 30 hunts this season so far, I am sure I will have 2-3 more this week to add to my hunt/bird numbers

After this passed weekend I've seen 190 birds in the total bag(276 if you include teal season). Hopefully to break 200 and even better 300 including teal. I've been on 26 hunts this season(36 including teal).

that was just last week alone, trying to figure out the whole season would be impossible, I only have so many fingers and toes

and I did a quick count and came up with 246 ducks killed this year over the decoys (including teal season)

that's a good haul

also forgot to mention that 'Yes' this has been my best season ever birds/hunt wise and least amount of skunks ever.

this year has been the best hunts with lots of memories made, last season we killed more birds though

Yea I think this year has the most memories made too lmao. Some good, and some not so much.

I read that this guy on the forum has hunted 20 years 4-5 times a week and never been skunked!

i think these past two years have been my best, this past being my first for hunting alone (without dad) being in college in a different city and having to find some of my own places (and with help from some friends ive met at school and the forum, esp kdub ) but I had a blast this year for sure!

342 Mallard drakes down in 57 hunts this season. It wasn't my best, but I'm happy with it.

Might want to check the law. Even if you were in OK, bag limit on mallards is still the same.

It has been a good year for me. I had the fortune of hunting with several guys here on the forum. I am very happy to have played a role in a few of them getting all duck crazy.

I never keep totals, but I have a ballpark idea. I figure I've personally shot around 100 ducks this year.

I wanted another band this year, but I guess I'll just have to wait for next year.

Here's to the boys that I shared the good times with!

Yep, best year ever. Best part was I hunted with my son 95% of the time and only had one skunk (last weekend). Hoping this weekend we break that trend...

But what we've seen and heard its been a very good year

we've had a great year hunting with old friends and new alike. didn't shoot a whole lot, but I'm pleased with the way it went.

I still have a limit to post up from Friday and whatever comes this week
