I agree with the non-snake killing fellas. Snakes are just not that hazardous. I run into them about 10-20 each spring and summer here in LA. If you pay attention they are usually easily avoided. I know someone is going to say they always get snapped at and I understand, but they do more good than bad in nature. Now I did run into a 7-8' long Indigo last May at Redneck Rebel's place that scared the hell out of me cause it shot out of a thicket like a missile and seemed like he was 200 feet long!
