Making menudo, and no not the mesican singing group of kids. Anyhow, I noticed the cow gut is already seasoned with some green stuff attached to the honey comb of the tripe mmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm mmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm good eatin now I say

Instead of hominy I like to use "Indian Corn". It seems to get rid of the green in the stomach better.
