Fulton's Deer Processing 1400 N Robinson Dr Robinson, TX 76706-4723
Best one in Waco area. Used several of them and Fulton's is much better than any others we have tried.

In Central Texas I like both Green's Sausage House in Zabcikville and Westphalia Meat Market.

There is a locker plant on 105 west of Beaumont and I think their sign says they process deer. It is in Hardin County or Liberty County. I haven't ever used them, so don't have any first-hand knowledge.

What about the San Antonio area??? broadway locker plant in downtown san antonio is a good one. so is scwabs in new braunfels. do not take it to granzins in new braunfels though, that place is terrible. depending on where you hunt, Seco Creek wildlife and Processing in D'hanis is a great place to go if you have to travel on highway 90 back into town. and Pinshorns in Marion is excellent if you hunt out in seguin area I live in SA area. Broadway is pretty good. Eddie's meats and taxidermy is good. Their sausage is done in batches though. You may not get your own deer back. I used them for 15 years until I moved to the other side of town. I happen to use Dziuk's Meat market in Castroville,Tx. Awesome jerky and sausage. You choose the mix on the sausage. plus, if you bring in wt and hog, they will mix them for you.

In North Texas Clearfork country in Graham has some of the best susage in Texas. They have a drive thru drop off and they take a picture of your deer and post it on their web site. What a deal

Clearfork country has a drop off station at the quick stop south of the red light on 281 south. They will pick up your deer there take it to their store in Graham and process it. Great Susage

Broadway Lockers in San Antonio have worked for them before some of the best summer sausage and they do great taxidermy as well. Anyone know of anyone cheap near Priddy, TX I'm not having sausage done but I want to bring in a quartered deer and have hamburger and chili ground up along with one of my hams steaked and tendorized.

Haven't seen anyone mention B&W meat market... I think.. this thread should be put in a poll. It would be nice to see what the vote count would be for each place..... My vote: B & W meat market on N. Shepherd Houston, TX.

Davids Meats in Garland on Jupiter just south of Arapaho. He processes them one at a time and does a great job. I have never had hair or bone chips in the meat like others that I have tried.

I do my own processing due to the issues in the past w/ hair in the meat etc.
I do take de-boned hog meat to Midway for sausage. I've never had a problem w/ them........yet. They do charge for processing if it isn't de-boned.
Not sure of the one in Fulshur, but will try them soon for a change. Only hog sausage though. I do my own deer.
I can recommend one good one in Kerrville and it is Rhode's Taxidermy/ processing. They are VERY good and the facility is VERY clean. I've used them awhile ago and will take an axis to them for processing (not sure how to process them yet since I have yet to kill one). I love their axis sticks!! Might get the entire axis made into sausage/ sticks.....when I kill one that is.
