It's locate in Ellis County.

Duckboy007 - Prices can range from $500 to $3,500 an acre. Lots have to due with location (closer to DFW the higher the price), access (off of paved or county road), utlities, and how much work has been done previously. Then throw in what kind of wildgame you get and the prices can jump. The price per acre isn't usually the big hurdle in buying recreational property, it is the down payment. Coming up with the 15%-20% down necessary is the hard part. With rates running in the mid 5's right now the financing the rest out is easier than the down payment. I'm just very happy that God has blessed my family with an additional income this past year that hasn't been around.
I hope all you guys out there that want a piece of property get yours sometimes. It will definitely feel different knowing that I'm improving my land and not a landowner that will pull your lease at the end of the season.
