My FIL killed a 11 pt with a 18 1/4" spread yesteday on our lease north of town. He was chasing and even bred a doe before he met his fate.

See, here I am again leaving the county to pursue East Texas deer. Heck at mom and dads south of wp they feed the deer in a bird bath in their front yard.

i got pulled over in van zandt a few weeks ago heading in from the lease and the trooper could not quit talkin about these two bucks...i think me being interested got me out of a ticket

I need to put a stand up on my buddies place now! It is off 3710 in that exact area. I fish there and see tracks but too many neighbors to make me interested in hunting it but you never know.
