Looking to buy one in the 600 lb version. Anyone have any experience with these?

I've had good results. I use protein as an attractant for does and younger bucks. I let it dump about 30 minutes after sun up so the coons are back in bed by then. I start it September 1 and I'm usually done by mid December. It does a great job of getting does in my area so that once the rut starts the bucks are interested in my area. I've ran it three seasons in a row, two of the three bucks I've killed from this stand never hit the protein feeder, were never seen live or on camera but were definitely there for the does. The third buck I've killed from this spot wasn't interested in the feeder, ran right by it chasing a doe. I did have him on camera hitting the protein feeder during pre rut.

I've owned a few All Seasons 600lb protein feeders. They are good feeders. One thing I don't like about them is the protein at the bottom will get wet in rain. It gets moldy and clumpy and deer won't eat it.

I haven't had that experience, the tray is perforated and shielded. Or maybe we just don't get that much rain in the panhandle?

I’ve got one with no complaints. Can run corn out of it too if you don’t use protein.

We like ours. No issues. I will say it seems to drop a lot very quickly so be mindful of your throw time lengths. We ran it dry way faster than my wallet had intended and based on the photos we had trash pandas and turkeys hitting it hard along with the deer.
