Marathon is an island in the Keys. Thought you were quite captivated with that area.

I thought Marathon Texas….my bad. Yes I love the Florida Keys! Amazing fishing and love the speed of things, everything is relaxed. It’s like being on a different vibe.

I was thinking it was Marathon Texas. Not much there but the Gage Hotel and an expensive restaurant and bar. Most expensive small bad Margarita
I ever had was there. The CFS was good though.

Marathon Florida is pretty nice for fishing, or at least it was when I used to fish down there.

During the same period (Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday) i was putting my brand new truck through some initial testing. Hit the road with my nephew and towed the snowmobiles 1250 miles including 50 miles of this:





That got us to the snowmobile trailhead to ride the snowmobiles into a 200,000+ acre back lake that we had to ourselves for 2 days:
