Anybody use this website? Is it a scam? I see some hunts and leases on here that are cheap and that usually means it is too good to be true.

Not sure big I think there was another thread on it. You could scroll through land and leases or search.

I was on it a few years back and it was pretty sketchy - in my experience many of those sites do not keep up with the leases - so they will keep lease openings up on their site when they have already been leased -
