Thanks guys, he is stoked for his first mule deer. Last night we switched to some predator calling and Jaxton killed his first two called in coyotes. Shooting a Ruger American predator in 22-250 on an MDT chassis. He said “dad, I love this gun” called in 3 and killed 2. Anyone who has called in coyotes knows it can be tricky and doing it in the dark with thermal adds even more difficulty. I told him when they are coming in I will work them in close, when you hear me bark at them and they stop you drop em. Great job raising a hunter! He will hunt anything lol. Just loves being outdoors. Fishing, hunting and baseball are his hobbies.
