Question: what is going on with the Counties with 13” restrictions. I heard something about exceptions on maturity or tine length or something. Please clearing for me if you know for sure. I’ve heard enough of “I think…” The issue caused me to pass on one my first season here last year. He was very similar to this guy you have here. Awesome stuff.

The biologists I have visited with say the main reason for AR's is to allow young bucks the time to mature. Will they all grow past 13" inside spread? No, some will and some will not. And I don't remember reading anywhere in the hunting handbook about age restrictions.
