30 foot x 60 foot Metal and Wood Frame Barn.

Barn has quantity 16, 30 foot wood trusses.

Barn has quantity 16, 6 inch square posts.

Excellent Condition. Approximately 10 Years Old. Barn was professionally built.

Barn has been partially disassembled. Metal Roof removed, marked and stacked.

R panels around perimeter of barn have been removed, marked and stacked.

All 2x4's supporting the roof metal panels have been removed and marked for reassembly. All nails have been removed.

Everything removed "without damage" has been inventoried and marked for reassembly. Plans / drawings available.

Many pictures available for reconstruction. *** I will post pics as soon as possible.

Barn is located near FM 546 and CR 324, West of Bridgefarmer Road and South of HWY 380.

Pics above are "before" any part of barn was removed. All of the "trash" and insulation has been removed.

You can have the rubber stall matts, electrical wire / conduit, and lights if you want them.

Once the trusses are removed, the rest is easy. Truss design is a "Double Howe". This style truss cost $300 each. ($4,800 for the Trusses alone)

I verified the wall height today. The Side Wall R panels are 10 feet. Overall side wall height is 10' 4". *** There are pressure treated horizontal bottom boards around the barn, inside and outside.
