Kids are doing anything for clicks and followers. They're gonna die. Our society is very sick.

The POS deserves to be shot in the head as far as I’m concerned, I pray I’m never put in that situation because if a POS walks up and says he’s pouring gas on my [censored] threatening to burn it I’ll shoot his [censored] in a nanosecond. This soft [censored] prankster generation has no discipline or respect for themselves much less anybody else so it’s a no win situation for either side if we cross paths because he’s dead and I’m in jail. My only regret would be I only got to shoot him once, screw’m

Really really dumb!!!! One of these days he will meet someone that will actually pull the trigger on him. He should go back to eating Tide Pods. They are probably less lethal than lead poisoning.

I'm no attorney, and I've met very few that I like, but I'd venture a guess that if you can retreat, in a public space, despite the loss of property, like your truck, and there's no one else in your vehicle, and you don't and instead choose to discharge your firearm, killing or injuring the idiot, then you're likely to face some kinda charge. Not saying it's right, but reality.

I'm no expert but my understanding is that the castle doctrine applies to your vehicle in TX and you can stand your ground. I'll let one of the experts opine but where you are will matter with a jury (Austin vs Panhandle).

I'd seen the video earlier and thought it was a really bad idea destined for a tragedy.

Doesn't look like a Texas plate on the pickup.

Put a cap in his a$$. My hat`s off for him having the balls to stand up to those bullies.

If they were to take our 2nd amendment rights away, these FN thugs would have no reason to just be pulling a prank. It would be for real and there would be half a dozen of them. A firearm is the only thing older adults have to protect themselves against this type of bull$hit. cheers

You are most likely right, but the one where he went chasing after that guy with the gas can may be a different story. The guy was trying to remove himself from the situation while calling the cops and the idiot with the gas can chased after him. I think in that situation getting charges to stick would be very hard.

What about the guy that was being chased and threatened by the POS that was trying to pour liquid from a gas can on him? The POS got really lucky the guy wasn’t carrying.

This was absolutely what I was thinking. Pour gas on me and light it?

You can sort it out with our maker. I'm not letting you burn me to death. As I said, a really bad idea that will end badly.

What cracks me up is they talk shyte to the guy from a great distance.

It’s times like these where I wish we didn’t have cameras, he could have shot him, been absolved of murder and been home in time for dinner.

Those kids are beyond stupid.

I saw the aftermath of a car load of idiots like that who road raged and threw eggs on one of our swat officer’s unmarked pickup while he was driving it. They met a highly trained person with a full auto MP5. I like it when things get real for dirt bags.

Watching that unfold would be gratifying

Yeah, chasing guy with can coulda shouda ended different with at least a beat down.

Man with truck.. Assuming fluid was gas, starting truck and driving away probably would not be an option due to igniting fuel with spark. I hope I would handled as same as he.

If the 2nd amendment was written just to include guns for hunting, why is there not an amendment to protect fishing poles?

I remember when I was 16 and playing varcity ball at Permian in the early 90’s. My dad and I were dragging a boat to lake Leon. 4 drunk 20+ year old kids kept slowing down on interstate 20 and when we would go to pass them they would speed up and shoot the finger. It pissed the old man off. When we got to Cisco they pulled into the truck stop. Dad asked if I was ready. I said there are four of them them. He asked if I was scared.

I still feel sorry for those kids. If every smart [censored] kid got a beating like that we wouldn’t have these problems. Dad was always a man among boys when it came to a disagreement. 6’6” 280 back then and knew how to use it. I miss that mean SOB.

Sometimes you need to be taught a lesson.
Hopefully that guy learned one.
