Friend lost his black bear rug. (Divorce). It was small. Professionally made rug. Wants to buy a replacement. Does NOT want to get one across state lines (from another state) as he is worried about complying with law and legal requirments. Message me please. God Bless

What laws is he worried about? I don't think I've every heard any laws restricting someone from moving a bear hide across state lines.

Call some local taxidermist as there are folks that walk away from mounts
that may be able to buy….
