Drink sizes are annoying. I only go there a few times a year bc my wife likes that status that comes with holding their cup. Every damn time it goes something like:

Me: ”uh, i’ll have a large coffee”
Them: “sir do you want a Grande or Venti?”
Me: “large so Grande i guess”
Them: “sir, Grande is 16oz so more like a medium”
Me: “ok, so what is large called since we’re changing both the spanish and italian translation of grande?”
Them: “sir, that would be a Venti”
Me: “ok, i’ll take a large then”
Them: “sir, what kind of coffee would you like?”
Me: “just a medium or dark, whatever you have”
Them: “sir we have blah, blah, that is infused with blah, blah”
Me: “how about you pick your favorite?”
Them: “ok, that will be $6 can i get your name?”
Me: “oh wait, my wife wanted something”
Repeat all steps above

Then i experience the worst cup of coffee and question my wife as to why we have to come here.

They do have great muffins though. We only go because the wife has dozens of gift cards.

I’ve only been a few times, also due to Wife having a gift card. I order a medium sized dark roast, sometimes I’d have to wait for them to brew some. I wouldn’t go there to spend my own money, gas station coffee is sufficient.

It's much better coffee than anything you can get from a gas station. That being said, I buy the 2.5# whole bean bags from Costco and brew it myself at home.

As for the sizing names, I ordered a "medium" and a "large" at a Starbucks in Cabo yesterday afternoon and got exactly what I ordered with no barista attitude, albeit it was $9 for 2 cups of coffee. And that is why I don't go there more than a handful of times per year. I get a month's worth of Starbuck's at home for $20 with the beans from Costco.

Overpriced and overrated coffee. Only time I visit this establishment is when on vacation and only then, if the hotel doesn't have free coffee.

Wife and daughter love it, but don't get the appeal.

Its a status thing. Next time tell them you brought insulated cups to put their drinks in to keep hot/cold longer. You’ll get a strange look or shake of the head. They arent about to throw away the branded cup that screams, “i am cultured because i drink Starbucks”. Believe me, my wife will keep refilling a cheap azz Starbucks cup with ice water and bypass the Yeti I bought her for keeping ice water.

Went to one in Key Largo 'couple weeks ago 'cause it was the only place open that early within walking distance. 5 times too many young people working there and a new feature has been added - apparently the BLM movement has inspired the recent African immigrants to not bother too much with learning English. If you can't understand them, that's your problem. They make sure you understand this with their delightful scowls they give you. And, as always, you're required to stand there 5 minutes for two cups of regular coffee that's already been brewed. 'Doesn't matter if there's no one else waiting.

I have had it at the airport a few times. After the first time i made it my last resort, the beans are over roasted, and it sickens me to pay money, even company money, to a company like that.

Never spend money there, only gift cards. It’s not bad coffee but I do believe I’ve had gas station coffee that was better. Never had a problem asking for a large black coffee.

An Americano with 4 extra shots is pretty close to pure methamphetamine. I got the iced version most of the time.

I took them for tons of free coffee. I’ve done more damage to them from a corporate standpoint than you ever have.

I have been a handful of times 1st time I had something ok, not sure what it was as I copied my bud in ft of me. Never had a cup since that taste remotely ok, not a fufu coffee person.
Wife likes it went to the one in Seattle w her on vacay, she had two or three cups, I had water from fountain as I was not buying anything for me.
