I currently have the HD version but thinking about upgrading to the mini. Mainly due to size and better picture. Is it worth the upgrade? I mainly just use it for hog hunting at night.

Thanks I did see that. It’s mainly comparing the 2 4K models. I am looking for some comparisons between the HD and 4K

I started with the Mini 4k, I ended up selling the rifle and scope and I picked up an HD model. Picture wise the 4k 2x and the HD 4x seemed extremely similar. However the weight was extreme. I ended up selling and jumping back into the 4k. Unless you are hunting extremely tight areas the 4k 4x model that just came out seems great.

One other big benefit is the mini does record sound. If you are mounting on a bolt rifle the mini may create trouble as it doesn’t have a spot to mount the light. So you have to have an additional rail section somewhere.
