Under each category there are like 3 to 4 places to hunt.
So if you win, do you get to hunt all, or is it just one of the places.

If you're talking about the Big Time Texas Hunts then it is drawn for each place, you get to hunt one of them if drawn. No choice from what I remember, spouse's family place did this for a few years.

Deadline was on Oct 15 , sorry OP I don’t have an answer for your question but I will add to your question- when do they draw the winners?

Says online notified within 2 weeks of the deadline for the winners and they have 5 days to claim the hunt.
Correction, it says online winners of the whitetail bonanza get to pick their hunt, choose their place to hunt.

Big Time Texas Hunts are drawn for the Category listed. The only people I know who were drawn were for single hunts. When there are multiple hunts, the people drawn are contacted in the order drawn, and given their choice of the remaining areas. When all are chosen, they are done. For the Premium whitetail hunts, for example, there are five choices - as people pick it goes to 4, then three, then 2, etc.
The Hunt application deadline was Oct. 15th. The info in the rules says that then draw will be completed and all winners will be contacted within two weeks of the deadline.
