Surprising how many people will turn their head and not help

My next door neighbor is a very feisty 70 + year old French woman.
She was in Tom Thumb's parking lot loading her groceries when a weird guy approached her gets in her face telling her she needs to give him a ride somewhere.
She is telling him that she cannot because she has grandkids waiting at home, the guy keeps after her about getting in the car for a ride.

While this is going on she noticed a man walking in the parking lot close to them watching this obvious predicament and he does nothing.
She finally tells the guy here is some money that's all I can do and you need to leave and he does.

Then my neighbor hurries over to the Chicken Chit guy that did nothing and gave him the what for

Construction is another job where where you are not required to have a college degree. It simply takes tenacity.

Not saying it is her fault in any way, but she also should have known better than to put herself in that position. Alone, dark, ear buds in. The first bit of the clip is like staged for a horror movie.

He should have stomped a hole in his _ _ _ , held him, and then called the poky on him. But he just slowly jogs away free to do it again to another girl. I'm glad he at least had the courage to help her, but I would have liked to have seen him go to jail.

I just can't get over how slowly he just jogs away like he didn't have a care in the world. This is the type of society we live in today where criminals have free reign to do as they wish.
