News is reporting another juvenile has been arrested. So two kids who can’t legally buy a gun much less carry one shoot it out in the bar district downtown…..and gun control is what the mayor is screaming will fix this. SMH.

The 2nd suspect who is arrested is 17, that's not a juvenile under the Texas Penal Code.

How we classify someone who shoots into a crowd is less important than the rest of my statement. They can charge the other one as an adult as well.
