or really the best way to try and find a gun. I am lookin for a Marlin 30-30 with the walnut stock and Stainless. Whats the best way to go about finding one.

Buds Guns or Whittaker Guns both have online stores you might check. WalMart has an online store if you can find it.

Almost as high as the prices in the THF classifieds...

I see used rifles in there listed at or above retail for a new one... If you point it out to them or make them a fair-market offer, they get offended... I don't get it...
