I have been searching for a adapter to convert a tripod screw base mount to fit the picatinny mount on my night vision scope. I have looked everywhere and nothing seems designed for this.

That’s going to take some work.

I can give you a list of parts to get it done, but it won’t be pretty.

First you will need a ball head, cheap is fine for just an optic.

Then you will need this. It slides into the top of the ball head.

Last, you will need something with Picatinny rails on at least two sides. One side clamps into the Cretac adapter, the other side your optic will clamp on.

What I am doing is........
I have a trigger stick tripod.
I want to mount a pvs 30 on it
I bought a adapter to swap the gun rest y to a camera shoe base.
