Started at 4 am this morning. Brisket still on. Pork Tenderloin came out great as usual. 147 degrees internal when pulled.

Started at 4 am this morning. Brisket still on. Pork Tenderloin came out great as usual. 147 degrees internal when pulled. Looks more like a boneless pork loin to me. Whatever. I'd eat the snot out of it.

It is a Tenderloin Bill. It's only about 2.5 inches in diameter.

That's some heck of a good looking BBQ. That tenderloin looks very juicy and your brisket as always looks great and super tender looking. Do you brine or inject your pork tenderloin?

That's some heck of a good looking BBQ. That tenderloin looks very juicy and your brisket as always looks great and super tender looking. Do you brine or inject your pork tenderloin? No, I buy the little Hormel packages. They are usually in some kind of sauce. Pork tenderloin is my favorite to cook. It comes off first and gives us appetizers while we wait on everything else. It melts in your mouth.
