Yes once. Couldn't get by the texture and taste of the freeze dried onions. I like it in meat loaf and sometimes to spike sauce up a bit. Just don't care for it straight up.

My wife uses it in her meat loaf and I use it for roasts, that is the extent.

HEB had bonels chuck roast on sale @$2.47 per pound. I got a 3 pound one this morning along with the soup mix.

Soup, heck no. It can produce tremendous gas though. It's for dips.

I use it with a bottle of French dressing and a jar of apricot preserves. Mix it up and baste chicken parts. Nice taste.
