I'm heading to Webb County next weekend with my son and was wondering if anyone has a report for Webb County. Is the rut in progress? Any other deer movement? TIA

I would think this coming cold front should get them going good. About this time every year for things to start heating up...X-Mas week is usually hot, hot, hot for rut down there....

Depends on which part of Webb your talking about. I'm right east of Laredo and either myself or friends have been down there a good bit. Deer movement has been slow, slightly better on the cooler days. Rut has not started yet, probably a couple of weeks out on full blown rut, but we do have a few more bucks walking around looking in the last week. Good luck on your hunt.
