Checking to see which range finders are most accurate that you guys have had experience with. Which reliably give you good ranges out to 1000 that don't have to have a super reflective target to return a good quick accurate range.

However, I have a Bushnell ARC 1600 LRF that has been spot on. I have lasered targets out to and past 1 mile with good results. Inside of 1700 yards it has done very well. It goes through batteries fairly quick, but so do most quality LRF.

I like my Vortex Ranger and Vortex Fury binos. I've used them side by side with a Varipinn (sp?) and G7 and they are both spot on with them to 800-900y.

+4 Had a Leica for years. Sold it when I got my first Sig and never looked back.

Rifles are similar to boats and young women...there's no end to how much money you can pour into them without making them any more useful.
