Looking for suggestions on attaching a workbench to the inside of a panel van. The walls of the panel van inside have some 3/8 inch plywood on the inside. Around 3 feet high on the inside of the van is a metal track bar, think its called an "E" track for attaching tie straps hooks I guess. We were thinking just some "L" brackets screwed into the workbench and then into the 3/8ths plywood. Just something to keep the workbench from sliding around.

One e-track accessory is called a wood beam end socket shelf bracket. Or e-track shelf bracket. Made for both vertical and horizontal tracks.
