The two dead hogs I put out in the ROW a couple of days ago have not been consumed by buzzards and coyotes. They should thaw out a bit today, basking in the sunshine. My cold has faded and i’m “ feelin lucky, punk”. Coyotes better look out.

I missed one this afternoon. The wind was gusting and my fingers were numb. It was an easy shot, he had bedded down in the cold sunshine curled up in a ball. At the shot he went nitro dragster off into a ravine and disappeared.
Maybe next time. Good luck.


One shot is all it should take.
