Here's the deal.
Anyone that shoots steel targets....a lot, will eventually have jacket come back at them. It's just the nature of the game.
Regardless, when we went into it we knew we were chancing it. It wouldn't have mattered if our barricade was made out of 1 inch ar500, because the jacket bridged a gap between rifle and barricade of about 1/2".
Sometimes [censored] happens. I've been scarred by lots of things in life. Some out of stupidity/arrogance and some just straight chance.
This one was just chance. It happens.
It saddens me that there are so many people on here that are type A fudds.
In actuality, I am probably one of the people that you would want to have on you side. We made mistakes, we are correcting that. No matter how many times that has been stated it apparently goes un-noticed.
I, we, are going to finish the test. We have different protocols for the test although it falls on deaf ears. If anyone is interested in witnessing what rifles will shoot through a given piece of steel just visit my youtube page. For all of you that just want to puff out your chests with your perfection, just ignore this post.
Thanks Lol Plenty of guys on here know me, they can attest that I would most definitely give you hell about this in person too

Truthfully I don't think the other thread would have gotten so out of control if you hadn't responded to criticism the way you did initially calling names and whatnot. At the end of the day it's yalls life, limbs, and eye sight so do what you want with it.

Doing something questionable is one thing, we have all done questionable things before but I don't post them for the world to see unless I am prepared for the back lash. The problem is in this day and time, almost everything is posted on the internet where everyone can see it. And then someone comments on it good and bad. And then the poster starts defending himself. And before you know it this is what you get and everyone is surprised?
