We had a small package of Tenderloin and a small package of Backstrap medallions. We thawed them and when they were room temp we covered them in olive oil and salt, sliced onions and put in a foil pan. I mixed up a little Worchestrshire sauce, red wine, minced garlic, and steak seasoning and poured in the pan. Covered with foil and tossed on a hot grill. Simmered for about 10 minutes, opened it up and flipped the meat over, covered and simmered for about 8 more minutes. Removed from grill, opened some of the foil to vent, and let rest for 5 minutes. Came out perfect!
