First sighting of hogs on our Menard county ranch this week. We were showing our new cattle lease guy around and bumped 3 big groups of hogs. I'm headed out Friday to do some maintenance and pick up our tractor for service. I would like to shoot what hogs I can. What's the quickest attractant to put out?

I haven't personally tried it, but I've seen a ton of reviews that say they are highly attracted to cranberry sauce. Just a thought...

I soak my hog corn with diesel to keep deer and cattle out of it. They eat every bit I put out.

As noted, the answer really is "corn." If there was a truly "quick attractant," then we would all be using it all the time and Texas would not have a hog problem, LOL.

That apple flavored deer and turkey corn that Walmart sells seems to have the edge over regular corn. I want to eat it sometimes
