Little pig, its whats for dinner.... Couple hours 250-300, just foiled it and dumped a can of beer in it. Figure another couple hours should be good to go. Started with charcoal in the corner, didn't want to get much past 180 deg so I added the oak. Heating nicely now, just a little smokier than I was trying to get it.
