We have always called in at night.

I'm watching Primo's TV show now and they always hunt mid-day.....and are very successful.

What is the best time of day to try and call in Coyotes?

Any suggestions and guidance would be appreciated.

I've had them charge in at every time you can name. Being in the right area and having a favorable wind is more important than what time you hunt.

I called in a lot of dogs this weekend mid day between 11-2 which is exactly what isolunar said would be the best time.

I had coyotes howling a moving yesterday right after dark, during a very poor solunar time.

I did as well but I seen and killed most of them mid day

Can call anytime of day, but usually the same hours you deer hunt are also the best hours to call.

I used to work outside for a living, saw coyotes at all times of the day, usually they were hunting mice.

I have called them in the mornings evening and even around noon. Called in 2 yesterday about 2:30

Any time you have the chance!
Not to be Yoga Barra-esque, but when they're active they're active. If someone can pin down those times there wouldn't be any yotes left in the country. I called in a triple at high noon, last week. And seven more at 9:30am the next day.

Lots of vocalization right now as coyotes are breeding. I hunt all day long and concentrate early and late but also watch solunar tables for active feeding times. CARNIVORE is head and shoulders the most watched predator hunting show and all we do is daytime calling. NIGHT CREW does a lot of calling after dark.
