Don't see it in the weekly sales or on web. Its pretty easy to find...follow the link he posted, scroll down the page to where they list the various models and the 1-4x is the first model shown on sale for $99. In the upper right corner of the page it says $5 shipping on orders of $99 or more using the promo code 2016FLAT.

I don't particularly like vortex, but it's going to be hard to beat that price for a 1-4 scope.
