Looks barely ear wide. I say he walks in counties with ARs.

a large mature deer can easily be 15 inches wide ear tip to ear tip. IMO this deer has a large head and ears are prob wider than 13 inches

Unless your game warden is a prick I don't think he would give you a ticket even if he ain't 13. I think he is 12-14 wide. His body is pretty big so maybe closer to 14.

This deers ear tips are almost 17 inches apart in the same position as the buck the OP posted in the 4th pic. IMO the OPs buck could easily be 15 inches wide with it being a large big bodied buck.

If I get the chance I'll take him because I'm certain it should be 14-15". It being Jack County he may not show up during the daylight anyways

He's good to go. Will make 13" no trouble.
That is a big bodied mature deer and his ear spread will be close to 17".

In pics. 3 and 4 he looks 14"-14.5" to me. Like stxranchman said there would be somewhat of a pucker factor. He is a big bodied mature deer for sure. I keep going back to your pics. and would be surprised if I am wrong but of course it is your call Pard, when you see him in the daylight.
