I recently had to cannibalize my beloved m16 knock off as it seemed like a bcm barrel on felt like a waste. Instantly I'm missing my m16 knock off and wanna restore it as cheaply as possible.
Where can I find the absolute cheapest 20", rifle length ar barrel? I don't can if its used of not. If I comes with an f mark front sight, then that's even better since I had to cut off my last one.
I'm a dude who likes long barrels!

Midway has 20" hbars for about $150 I think.
The secret to a long life is to try not to shorten it.

Why not? I just put together a $400 AR where I purposely sourced cheapest parts possible. I wanted to see how cheap I could build one for and this one is just a plinker/beater gun. I'm not shooting competitions with it so as long as it cycles I'm happy.

There are a few on Gunbroker starting at $179, might be able to locate a deal there.

I'm not shooting competitions with it so as long as it cycles I'm happy. That's exactly it. I have other ar's the quality parts and built by quality manufacturers, etc. This is intended to be a stupid blasty gun to mess around with, shoot cheap ammo and made with spare parts I already have.

Spinta Tactical has a 20" flutes Hbar for $120 right now.
Just to make sure that it is done thoroughly, I go both ways.

Midway and Brownells both have 20" barrels for $129. Anderson will probably be your cheapest route at $107 if you catch them in stock. Also try MAS Defense
