Water is important in that country and they keep the pumps going. No doubt, great genetics and great potential. If it was just me looking, I would have leased it. It just didn't fit everything my group was looking for. Will be a great lease for someone

If you have any questions, feel free to PM me.

Good luck up

I don't see anything about a steak or round of golf. Are you losing your touch?

I try to keep it to about a section/hunter. Most honest biologists will tell you that the low fenced range of a mature buck is ~640 acres.

You got it all wrong. I wouldn't let him be alone with my ranch manager! It's a long and interesting story.

Bottom line is, after the hover board incident, we agreed that I don't need anymore tripping hazards... roflmao

I cleaned it up some. Sorry, I had hunters in mountain home this weekend.

If this place was closer to Houston I would be all over it. Great county with some very nice deer.

I'm ready to split it up and lease to smaller groups and individuals. Individual price would be 2500/gun. Everything but quail included in that price.

Ok. Down to ~14,900 left. Let's try this a different way.

I can split the remaning pastures into acreages of 1618, 1033, 1883, 2104, 2335, 3471, or 2466. Or various combinations.
