Yeah, start a big brush fire and throw the whole thing on there. Keep adding wood until there is nothing left.
I know a man that was a guide in Alaska and that has hunted everything from Alaska to the Rio Grande. He told me that an antelope was the only thing he could never cook in a way to make it fit to eat.

Never tried it but rancher friend in Brewster county said he would just as soon to eat a skunk.

What kind of antelope? That can make a difference.
I know some that do not like Pronghorn but I find them to be good eating, though have never smoked them.
Blackbuck, have mixed results with, one was very good the other the dog would not eat.
African antelope, well the few different ones I have tried were very good.
lf the saying "Liar, Liar your pants on fire" were true Mainstream news might be fun to watch
