A buddy of mine stalked and shot this large pig just south of Sheffield yesterday. Spotted it at 500yds walking the mountains and shot it at 30yds. Said they've been seeing pigs now about a year and another hunter shot a 200lber a couple weeks ago. They think this one might be around 350+. Thoughts on weight?

Good sized pig. I doubt 350 but a solid old pig regardless.

BIG.................nuff said and congrats. I use to hunt that area yrs ago right long the Pecos River between Sheffield and Lancaster State Park. Love that part of the world. Not surprised they are coming in more now because of the river.

It's a good pig, that's all that matters.
