I'm looking for a recipe that will work good with 129 accubond LR. I've tried varget but was not real impressed.

The LR AB are VERY finicky to find a load for. As aggressive of a design as the bullet is, it requires a decent amount of jump to shoot well. You don't want to put the bullet on the lands, or into them. I have spoken with Nosler techs about this bullet on several occasions, and they recommend a .040"-.050" jump. This is where I found them to shoot the best, also. Varget is fine, just work up near the max loads. I have had multiple range trips with several rifles shooting this bullet in multiple calibers. Let the bullet jump, and work up near max, and you will find it. Varget or H4350 is a good powder choice for this round and bullet weight.
