Never shot expendable's before. Have Read very good reviews on these was wondering what your opinions were. I Take into consideration that all broad heads may fail at some point on a hunter. Any suggestions or comments would be appreciated.
An "archer" tries to see how far away he can get from his target and still connect. A "BOWHUNTER" tries to see how CLOSE he can get to his.

I like the way they look but I went with the Grip Reapers. I know they work great.

I dropped this javi dead in his tracks with one strait heart shot... I used them last year for the first time because they were the only things they had left... will not use another Brodhead now... its got a stout locking setting but opens everytime.. I killed a doe, buck, 2 pigs and a javi with the same one last year... Check out the blood trail it was like that for a solid 30yrds and dead

Not a good product IMO, lot of hype on these because they are a NEWER model/design, yes they will work some times but plain and simple there is a design flaw, I have seen several failures. Some of NAP's other models are much more durable.

From experience, good BH unless you go with the DeepSix version. Stay away from the Deep Six and Killzone combo and you will be fine.

I'm a fan of the Grim Reaper. I hit a deer a little forward and the arrow blew through the front shoulder, blades deployed, deer didn't go 100 yds.

I have tried lots of mechanical broadheads (Spitfires, Rockets, Rage, Killzone and others) All will kill deer. All have their pros and cons. To me, a killzone is what a Rage should be (accurate, big cut, rear deployment, blades secured without having to add gimmicks). I use it exclusively now (except I do use Slicktricks for pigs or if shooting through mesh). I have killed probably 20 deer with them (MLD ranch shooting does and culls)and at least that many pigs. I have never had one fail, but I guess it can happen with any of the mechanicals.
