Went out this AM for a few hours. The hogs were in the field and we actually ran off two sounders because the wind was heading right to them from where we parked. We were lucky this group of boars were far from them and we were able to approach without them winding us. in the video you will see the blood cloud from the first one I shot. We recovered 3 but my buddy hit two others that made it to thick cover. Unfortunatly he forgot to put an SD card in his MDVR.

I'm shooting a .308 from a SCAR 17 suppressed. I changed the bullet to a 168gr Amax. I had better knock down with the Berger VLD's but the tip gets flattened in the magazine from the recoil. I'm going to try the Barnes TTSX next. I've had better DRT results with them before but they are more expensive even for my reloads.
There were two larger hogs in the sounders. I'm sure I will get a shot at them soon.

I was looking for Frank Sinatra and Dean Martin... Have you tried plain old Remington Core Lokt 150 grain? I have had good consistency and results in all my .308's with those. Thanks for sharing the video. Good job!

Very nice I am interested to see how long that pulsar will last on the scar they are known to be hard on scopes. How many rounds will you shoot through it a month? Please keep us posted the biggest unknown on the pulsars is longevity and toughness.
