Is there a "huntable" population of Egyptian geese in Texas? I'm a hunter and collector and would like to shoot one or two to bring home for taxidermy. I thought that I saw some pics last year on this forum of them. Any suggestions or help would be appreciated. Thanks guys!

There are quite a few that stay on Granbury lake year round. I think someone bought them for yard art and they have made a pretty good number since. They hang around the river inlet on the west end of the lake, by the grass farm. You have to get drawn to hunt the lake and the drawing is some time in august.
