With marinara premavera is what's for supper tonight. I'm making 4 dishes from 2 chicken breast halves. I don't pound out chicken breast anymore. I got them out of the freezer a couple of hours ago. I'll square them, and slice them while they are partially frozen. I plan to use two for four dishes. I'll have one dish tonight, with garlic bread, freeze two dishes made up with cooked pasta, and save one dish for Friday night.
I'll save the trimmings for another dish, probably rattatollie.
I get a lot of delicious mileage out of a frozen package of boneless, skinless chicken breast.

As do we.. Cook 7-8 on the Egg and my wife can turn them in to chicken parm, buffalo chicken sammiches, spinach chicken, orange chicken, etc... Marinate for a few hours & they're good for almost anything...
I really hate to do what I am about to do, because it will be very painful for you.

Bill, do you make your own marinara? Yes, I make up about two dozen pints and freeze them each summer when my tomatoes are in. I use about the same recipe that you can find on google and add chopped squash. I call it marinara premier.

Tonight's dinner was great. I had the leftover chicken parmesan with a fresh garden salad of iceberg, home grown tomatoes, purple onions, cucumbers, sweet bell peppers, and topped off with Ken's Steak House Italian dressing with aged Romano.

Bill you need to open a restaurant. Cathy ate that spaghetti sauce from the meat you gave me like chili. I was planning several meals out of it.

Glad you enjoyed it. I didn't do any burger this year. Only killed one deer and did all sausage.
