ok I'm hard on crap. so I picked a middle of the road moore marker, 8 inch spear point fixed blade.
I saw a sheath on a silver stag the other day and wondered if anybody makes one like it. the sheath had a loop that goes around it so it can be worn tipped on either side. The one I saw had a vertical loop too, which limits the tipped carry options(DUMB imo)I don't want that.
I would typically carry on the right, unless I was like at the ranch and carrying pistol when I would have it on right and knife on left.
looking for a reasonable one, not all tooled up... thank you

I made this one that can be carried either vertically or horizontally from either side but I only make sheaths when I have to. I'm betting Dink Dodger here on the forum can make you one. He's a good leather man,I'm not!

Are you just looking for a horizontal carry sheath? Do you have a pic of the one you saw?

I like the 45 degree point more than the horizontals.

He's good a several things. I didn't know about the leather but I'm not surprised.
