Can you make an ACCURATE 100yrd "centermass" on a human target with these??
Or would you be better off with a 1-6X scope??

Yes they can. Once u dial it in of course. I can ring steel at 100 pretty accurately. I do like eotechs but I like my aim points a hellyva lot better. Smaller reticle, doesn't cover up thetarget.

I was hitting a 10" plate at 276 yards with my eotech, but there's nothing like a good 1-4

Aimpoint if your gonna use a red dot. 1 moa dot. (PRO) An Aimpoint Pro battery has an unbelievable run time.. like 3 years at low setting.

Absolutely. The center dot is a 1moa and will give you better long distance shots than an aimpoint.
