Have a new Browning Medallion 300 Win Mag
Looking for a good hunting scope recommendation. Would like something with good magnification maybe up to 12 to 14x. Looking to stay around the $1000 range or less.
I own just about all brands and don't have a single brand in mind. Getting cross eyed looking at all the brands/models.
Let me know your thoughts. Thanks

My only comment to the Zeiss listed above is to be sure you're ok with the a plain duplex type reticle.
I know some people here despise anything that isn't mil-something. However, I always think something is better than nothing. I've successfully used a 243 with a nikon BDC system. In a pinch whilst walking around, it was way better than having nothing because we've shot it enough at the range at different distances.

I also have a 300 WM coming in, Remington CDL SF , and looking at/for scopes. Narrowed down to Leupold VX 3 4.5-14x50 BC, Steiner GS3 3-15x50 and possible Vortex 4-14 PST. I'd like to find another Zeiss 4.5-14x50 md. Have 5 of these and really good scopes. Thought about the Zeiss 6.5-20 on sale but already have one. Tad too much scope for my hunting purposes.
